Hamer Elementary School is having a Back-to-School event on Thursday, August 15th from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
Registration for New Students coming to any school within the West Jefferson School District will be held Wednesday, August 7th from 9:00am to Noon.

How do I do online registration?
From www.wjsd.org, click on the PowerSchool Tab. Login. Once you are in your parent/guardian account, click on “Forms” and then “Enrollment Forms.” Complete each form for each student and be sure to submit them. You know you’re finished when each of the forms has an July/August 2024 date on them.

Why do I have to redo the same forms every year?
Things can change from year to year. We need to make sure we have updated information from you, especially contact information. Also, sometimes our policies and procedures change, so be sure to read through them before submitting the agreement forms.
How can I pay school fees?
There are a couple ways to pay your student’s fees. 1. Cash or check at In-Person Registration or at the school office. 2. Credit card or debit card on PowerSchool. Those paying with a card online will be charged approximately a 4% convenience fee by the company we use to process the cards. DO NOT USE VENMO!
Can I pay my lunch fees online?
Yes! This year we are able to accept payments for lunch fees on PowerSchool, the same as other fees. If you use cash or check, pay directly to the Lunchroom. If you use a card, use PowerSchool. Those paying with a card online will be charged approximately a 4% convenience fee by the company we use to process the cards. DO NOT USE VENMO! You will also be able to keep track of your lunch balance on PowerSchool.

West Jefferson Summer Music Camps by our Music Teacher, Naomi Parker. These camps are for incoming 4th - 12th Grade Students.

If you are a parent of a student receiving special education services, the Idaho Department of Education wants your feedback. The Parent Involvement Survey is your chance to give input about how well your student's school has involved you in their education.
If you receive a Parent Involvement Survey from the Department through email or mail, please take a few minutes to complete the survey.
Keep an eye out; surveys will be sent out during the first week of June from the

Due to a septic system issue at Hamer Elementary, we will cancel classes for Thursday April 25th (Hamer Elementary Only). The schools at Terreton will have a regular day tomorrow. We anticipate the situation to be corrected by Monday.

Youth Football Camp - Saturday, May 11th - 9am-1pm.
Sign-up now by sending a Venmo payment labeled "Football Camp" & the player's name(s). Sign-ups will be open until the morning of the camp. Cash payments can also be made on the day of the camp instead of Venmo.
Immunizations for all ages are available at Terreton Elementary on April 13 and May 7.
