The schedule for Saturday has changed. Here is the new schedule:

12:00pm 8th grade boys
2:00pm Girls JV 2 quarters
3:00pm Girls Varsity
4:30pm Boys C-team
6:00pm Boys JV
7:30pm Boys Varsity
ALL GAMES PLAYED IN PANTHER DEN
NOTE: The HS Boys Basketball Game on Tue. 1/13 has been changed to an AWAY game.
West Jefferson's Board of Trustees Annual Organization Meeting & Regular Board Meeting - Wednesday, January 14, 2026
Executive Session will begin at 11:30 am, followed by the Annual Organization Meeting at approximately 12:30 pm, and then the Regular Meeting beginning at approximately 1:00 pm. We welcome Emily Belnap of Hamer as the new Trustee for Zone 5. We extend our sincere appreciation to Nedra Perkins for her dedicated service and commitment to our school board. After eight years as a trustee, she did not seek re-election. We wish her the best in her retirement!
Tanis Cherry also ran unopposed and will continue serving as Trustee for Zone 4. Ms. Belnap and Ms. Cherry will be sworn in at the Annual Organization Meeting.

Coach Higgs will be training on Monday, Dec. 22. Tuesday will be decided after he talks to the athletes who come on Monday to see if they want to train another day this week.

Coach Higgs' Athletic Performance Schedule for the week of Dec. 15-18, 2025.
Note: Due to the high school hallway being filled with Christmas trees, the sprints this week will be run in the Terreton Elementary Hallway.
Mrs. Parker's Band and Orchestra groups will be holding a dinner and concert on Tuesday, December 16th.

Our Free Student Hearing Screening has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 10th. This is for students grades 3-12.
For Terreton Elementary and Junior High Students:
If you would like your child's hearing to be screened, please send the Hearing Screening Consent Form back to school with them on Wednesday. Those forms were passed out the first time we scheduled this screening, and they will not be sent home again. If you have misplaced the form, please click the link below to print one at home and send it with your child on Wednesday. If printing a form is not available to you, please call the Terreton Elementary office and give verbal consent for your child to have their hearing screened. Hearing screenings are optional.
For High School Students:
If you would like your child's hearing to be screened, please click the link below to print a Hearing Screening Consent Form at home and send it to school with them on Wednesday. If printing a form is not available to you, please call the West Jefferson High School office and give verbal consent for your child to have their hearing screened. Hearing screenings are optional.
For Hamer Elementary Students:
The hearing screening will be set up in Terreton. The district will not provide transportation from Hamer to attend the hearing screening. If you would like your child's hearing to be screened, please bring them to Terreton Elementary School between 10:00am-11:00am on Dec. 10.
